About the Role

We're looking for talented Software Developers to join our growing engineering team. Whether your experience is in mobile, backend, cloud, or full-stack development, you'll work alongside experienced engineers to design, build, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable, reliable applications, participate in code reviews, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications and services.
• Build scalable, secure, and reliable solutions using modern development practices.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, Dev Ops, and product teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues.
• Manage source code using Git and collaborate across multiple repositories.
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.
• Continuously learn new technologies and help improve our products, processes, and development practices.

Requirements

• Experience developing software using modern programming languages or frameworks (such as Flutter, Dart, Rust, or similar technologies).
• A solid understanding of software development principles and best practices.
• Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A passion for learning, innovation, and building quality software.

Bonus Skills

Experience with any of the following is an advantage:

• Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• APIs, GraphQL, or distributed systems.
• Docker, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, or Dev Ops practices.
• DynamoDB or other modern databases.
• WebRTC or streaming technologies.
• Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
• Video management, security, or surveillance technologies.
