This full-time hybrid role demands a strategic thinker with extensive experience in deploying applications in specialized settings. You will engage closely with clients to navigate technical challenges, ensuring smooth software integration and operational success. Your hands-on approach will optimize deployments and refine processes, contributing to the overall efficiency of H2 Analytics’ initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy and support software solutions on-premises

• Diagnose and resolve complex integration issues

• Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams

• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation

Requirements:

• At least 5 years' experience in software deployment

• Strong Linux sysadmin and troubleshooting skills

• Familiarity with hypervisor software and network configurations

• Client-facing experience in high-stakes environments

• Eligible for Government of Canada Secret clearance
