Senior Software Engineer in Machine Learning

Become part of Survey Monkey’s Machine Learning Platform team as a Senior Software Engineer II. Focus on building and maintaining highly scalable ML systems that enhance operational efficiency.
In this role, you will design secure ML pipelines, leveraging Python and AWS to support high-volume throughput. Collaborating closely with application engineers, you’ll manage the integration of ML services while serving as a mentor for junior team members to ensure coding and architectural excellence. Your contributions will work towards real-time reliability for millions of surveys.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement high-performance ML pipelines

• Build cloud infrastructure using AWS services

• Collaborate with teams on testing ML models

• Mentor junior engineers on coding standards

• Incorporate telemetry for detailed failure analysis
Requirements:

• 8+ years in machine learning development

• Mastery of ML concepts and NLP

• Expertise in Python with data processing experience

• Experience deploying solutions in Unix/Linux

• Relevant Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field
