Myticas Consulting is seeking a Service Now Developer for a substantial contract role in Ottawa. Impact a federal initiative with comprehensive configuration and integration work.
This senior position demands extensive experience in Service Now, particularly within CMDB, Discovery, and Security Operations. Candidates must possess strong coding skills, particularly in JavaScript, and have a proven track record in Service Now development over five years. Your hands-on role will include building monitoring solutions and developing REST APIs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Configure and optimize MID Servers within Service Now
• Develop and maintain robust CMDB dashboards and reports
• Support Service Mapping and integration environments
• Resolve connectivity issues and configure Discovery credentials
• Produce and maintain detailed technical documentation
Requirements:
• Five or more years of relevant Service Now development experience
• Strong JavaScript and integration capabilities (REST/SOAP)
• Active Government of Canada Secret clearance required
• Experience with Security Operations and related models
• Ability to work on-site in Ottawa full time
