Donna Cona Inc. is currently seeking a Programmer / Analyst, Level 3, for one of our key government clients.
Candidate MUST have the following:
A valid security clearance at the level of Secret;A minimum of 10 (ten) years of demonstrated experience as a Programmer/Analyst;A minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated experience within the past five (5) years in C++/C# using MS Visual Studio for application development;A minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated experience within the past five (5) years in Oracle PL SQL for application development;A minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated experience within the past five (5) years developing (20,000 users with 2000+ concurrent users) HRMS applications;A minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated experience within the past five (5) years programming using 2 tier Oracle broker technology;A minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated experience within the past five (5) years of data modeling; andA minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated experience within the past five (5) years of data integration using SQL Navigator.Candidate should have the following:
A post- secondary education. (College / CEGEP diploma or University degree);Demonstrated experience developing HRMS applications;Demonstrated experience within the last ten (10) years developing custom-coded applications; andDemonstrated experience overseeing the work of junior, intermediate and senior resources developing HRMS software applications within the past ten (10) years.Donna Cona is committed to a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace.
