Junior Programmer​/Software Developer

We are looking for a Junior Programmer/Software Developer for our client who meets the following criteria:

  On-site at Ottawa Ontario (TA may indicate work that may be conducted off-site as applicable).
• Mandatory requirements:
  • Must have a minimum of 24 months of combined experience in the past 120 months performing the tasks listed in section 2.3.1.2 of the SOW as a Application or Business Intelligence Developer. The proposed resource must demonstrate experience in at least 80% of the listed tasks.
  • Must have a minimum 18 months of combined experience in the past 72 months conducting frontend development, including HTML/CSS-based presentation or client-side interactivity using JavaScript.
  • Must have a minimum of 12 months of experience, within the last 72 months (as of bid closing date), developing web applications or using data access abstractions such as object relational mappers or query builders;
