Our public sector client is seeking a AI Solution Architect (10+ years) to design and implement AI-enabled solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft , and Azure capabilities
Join a provincial government initiative focused on improving service delivery, reducing manual effort, and supporting operational decision-making through AI and automation. This role works directly with business and technology teams to design, build, test, and support AI-enabled solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, agents, Microsoft , and Azure capabilities. The position supports solution delivery from discovery through implementation while ensuring alignment with privacy, security, and operational standards in a complex enterprise environment.

Must Haves
Business requirements gathering, requirements validation, and documentation for technology or AI-enabled solutionsMicrosoft Copilot Studio
, AI-enabled solutions, agents, and low-code/no-code AI development platformsMicrosoft , Power Platform, Azure services
, enterprise data sources, and APIs integrationSolution documentation, testing results, deployment notes, and knowledge transfer materialsNice to Have
Experience with Microsoft Foundry, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, or related Microsoft AI servicesExperience with Claude Code, Git Hub Copilot, or other agentic development toolsExperience designing or integrating Model Context Protocol (MCP) serversExperience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, custom connectors, and environment governanceRelevant Microsoft certifications related to Azure, AI, Power Platform, security, or solution architectureResponsibilities
Engage with business users to identify opportunities for AI, automation, and agent-based solutionsDocument and validate business requirements in plain languageAssess whether AI is an appropriate solution for operational needsDesign, build, test, and support AI-enabled solutionsDevelop prototypes and incorporate user feedback into solution implementationCollaborate with security, privacy, architecture, and technology teams to align solutions with government standards
