Become a key player at Lightspeed as a Service Now Developer, focusing on technical development and third-party integrations. You'll optimize our ITSM and HRSD capabilities.
In this role, you'll be responsible for all aspects of Service Now development, partnering with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. Your tasks will include building new functionalities and refining existing workflows, all while driving compliance and best practices in platform management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain Service Now applications, workflows, and scripts
• Create integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and webhooks
• Troubleshoot platform health and performance issues
• Enhance ITSM and HRSD services with automation
• Document procedures and maintain user-focused documentation
Requirements:
• Hands-on experience with Service Now ITSM and HRSD
• Strong JavaScript programming skills
• Familiarity with integration technologies like OAuth
• Knowledgeable in ITSM processes and workflows
• Strong analytical and communication abilities
