Our Ottawa-based client is seeking an experienced Senior Service Now Developer for a six-month hybrid contract. In this role, your expertise in hands-on Service Now development, along with your understanding of Integrated Risk Management and other key areas, will be critical. You will also lead code reviews and contribute to enterprise-scale projects within the Service Now platform.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain Service Now applications and features
• Support Integrated Risk Management initiatives effectively
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance
• Maintain Automated Test Framework test suites
• Support enterprise-scale Service Now implementations
Requirements:
• 7+ years of Service Now development experience
• 2+ years in Integrated Risk Management support
• Proficient in BCM, IRM, LSD, or Release Ops
• Experience with Automated Test Framework
• Strong technical leadership skills
Utilize your Service Now expertise to enhance platform efficiency and support critical risk management processes.
