This production engineering role owns outcomes across complex enterprise environments, rather than consulting, project delivery, or research. You will lead platform deployments, rapid experimentation, architecture, adoption, and reliability. The work spans cloud-native systems, agentic solutions, AI platforms, and multi-system workflows. You will also shape enterprise AI strategy with senior stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead enterprise AI platform deployments across multi-stakeholder client environments
- Own time-to-value, reliability, adoption velocity, and scalability outcomes
- Drive ambiguous business problems toward production systems rapidly
- Architect identity, data, security, governance, and workflow integrations
- Shape AI roadmaps, ROI backlogs, and use case priorities
- Bachelor’s degree or related college diploma
- Seven years engineering experience with cloud-native systems
- One year designing production agentic solutions
- Seven years working with AI platforms and abstraction layers
- Experience leading engineering teams and client-embedded delivery
