This Software Developer role supports the Automated Care Platform and Automated Care Intelligence suite. You will work across front-end, back-end, integrations, and cloud-hosted systems. The position suits developers with four or more years of experience and hands-on agentic development expertise.
Key Responsibilities:- Build product features across Cliniconex healthcare communication platforms
- Use Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, and other AI tools
- Break technical problems into executable human and agent plans
- Review, test, and harden AI-generated production code
- Improve agentic workflows, validation loops, and engineering automation
- Four or more years of software development experience
- Experience with AI-assisted or agentic development tools
- Web application experience using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Backend experience, ideally with Java
- REST API, cloud, database, security, and privacy awareness
