Build Python and C# machine learning software with Kinaxis in hybrid Ottawa, contributing to scalable AI/ML platform development.
As an intern ML developer, you will work with senior engineers on AI/ML applications and production software. You will develop tools, infrastructure, pipelines, and models while improving platform scalability, maintainability, security, and quality. The work includes cloud-native technologies, troubleshooting, automation, and agile collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and integrate end-to-end machine learning software
- Build development tools, infrastructure, pipelines, and models
- Improve platform scalability, maintainability, security, and quality
- Troubleshoot ML systems and identify root causes
- Automate development and release processes
- Pursuing a Master's or completing third-year Bachelor's degree
- Study Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Program proficiently in Python and C#
- Understand Docker, Kubernetes, cloud environments, and SQL
- Familiarity with Generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering
