Key Responsibilities:- Write evaluation rubrics for autonomous agent behavior
- Debug agent traces across multi-step interactions
- Stress test agents in real-world scenarios
- Provide high-density technical feedback on system behaviors
- At least two years of backend engineering experience
- Experience with AI automation or complex systems integration
- Ability to build production-grade modular software
- Experience handling live, non-mocked environments
- Strong attention to detail and technical communication
