The work focuses on architectural workflows, live tools, and multi-turn interactions. Applicants need at least two years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Write evaluation rubrics for autonomous agent behavior
- Debug agent traces across complex system interactions
- Stress test agents in live environments
- Train systems to coordinate architectural workflows
- Provide technical feedback on system behaviors
- Two or more years in backend engineering, AI automation, or integration
- Build production-grade software with modular service separation
- Handle live, non-mocked, multi-turn system interactions
- Provide clear, high-density technical feedback
- Applicants must reside in an accepted country
