Key Responsibilities:- Write evaluation rubrics for autonomous agent behavior
- Debug agent traces across multi-turn interactions
- Stress test agents in live environments
- Provide technical feedback on system behaviors
- Two or more years in backend engineering, AI automation, or integration
- Build production-grade software with modular separation
- Handle live, non-mocked environments and multi-turn interactions
- Identify privacy leaks, authority escalation, or prompt injections
- Applicants must reside in accepted countries
