Key Responsibilities:- Write evaluation rubrics for autonomous agent behaviors
- Debug traces from multi-step agent interactions
- Stress test agents in complex workflows

- At least two years in backend engineering, AI automation, or systems integration
- Build and maintain production-grade modular software
- Handle live environments and multi-turn system interactions
- Identify privacy leaks, authority escalation, and prompt injections
- Apply careful attention to complex technical details
