Key Responsibilities:- Write evaluation rubrics for autonomous agent behaviors
- Debug traces from multi-turn agent interactions
- Stress test agents across complex workflows
- Provide high-density technical feedback on system behaviors
- Two or more years in backend engineering, AI automation, or systems integration
- Build production-grade software with modular separation
- Experience handling live, non-mocked environments
- Integrate multi-turn system interactions effectively
- Demonstrate outstanding attention to detail
