Build enterprise-scale routing engines with Java and Spring Boot at Miratech, developing real-time interaction distribution for contact center operations.
As a Senior Routing Engine Developer, you will create scalable backend services for voice and digital interactions. You will apply distributed systems, microservices, event-driven architecture, and cloud-native engineering. Your work supports routing across agents, queues, skills, channels, and business units.
Key Responsibilities:- Design enterprise-scale engines distributing interactions in real time
- Implement routing algorithms using skills, priorities, and availability
- Develop Java, Spring Boot services and integration components
- Maintain APIs for configuration, administration, monitoring, and integrations
- Optimize concurrency, fault tolerance, resiliency, and performance
- 8+ years of software engineering experience
- Expert Java and Spring Boot experience
- Distributed systems, microservices, REST APIs, and performance engineering expertise
- Contact center routing logic development experience
- PostgreSQL or comparable relational database experience
