Position: Senior Technology Architect to design, develop, and support enterprise ServiceNow solutions.

Our Valued Public Sector Client is seeking a Senior Technology Architect to design, develop, and support enterprise Service Now solutions.

Description:

The successful candidate will combine strong hands-on development expertise with architecture experience to deliver scalable, secure, and sustainable Service Now capabilities that support business and operational objectives. This role will play a key part in ongoing platform evolution, integration activities, and onboarding new services into the Service Now within a classified environment.

Must Haves:

  • Service Now Development/Architecture (3+ years)
  • Secret Clearance

    • Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, configure, and maintain Service Now applications, workflows, and custom solutions.
  • Develop and customize platform components using JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Flow Designer, and Service Catalog functionality.
  • Design and implement integrations between Service Now and external enterprise systems using APIs and web services.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
  • Provide technical architecture guidance and support platform governance, standards, and best practices.
  • Lead ongoing platform architecture and enhancement initiatives to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Support the onboarding of new business units, services, and processes into the Service Now environment.
  • Produce solution designs, technical documentation, and architecture artifacts.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform, application, and integration issues.
  • Evaluate new Service Now capabilities and recommend improvements to support organizational growth and modernization initiatives.

    • 5 days a week onsite at Star Top, Ottawa.
