Join Our Team – National Level Rhythmic Gymnastics Coach
Kanata Rhythmic Gymnastics Club (KRSG) in Ottawa, Ontario, is celebrating 50 years of excellence in gymnastics and is looking for a highly motivated and experienced full-time National Coach to join our dedicated and dynamic team.
Over the past decade, KRSG has established a strong presence at the provincial and national levels, nurturing athletes across Provincial, High-Performance, and National Team programs. We are seeking someone with a genuine passion for the sport—someone who enjoys guiding athletes not only in their athletic development but also in their personal growth.
This role will primarily focus on:
- Developing national-level athletes, including current junior and senior athletes competing at the highest levels.
- Developing provincial gymnasts selected to transition into the national stream.
- Working with existing coaches providing guidance to provincial and interclub training programs, ensuring a balanced and high-quality experience for athletes at all levels.
- Contributing to a team-oriented coaching environment, fostering growth, mentorship, and a love for rhythmic gymnastics.
- Be part of a well-established club with a 50-year history of excellence.

- Develop and guide elite athletes while maintaining engagement and quality across all levels of the club.
- Full-time position with competitive salary and full benefits.
- Full-time: 30–40 hours per week (including in-gym and administrative duties).
- Programs:
Competitive Provincial and National programs, with potential for professional growth depending on experience and qualifications.
- Recognized National Federation Rhythmic Gymnastics Certification, RIS, MED course completion.
- Strong knowledge of FIG Code of Points and rules.
- Vulnerable Sector Police Check completed after January 1, 2026.
- Minimum of 5 years experience coaching competitive rhythmic gymnastics.
- Judging experience and certification considered an asset.
