We are currently seeking a motivated DZ Tow Truck Driver to join our team in Ottawa, ON. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about automobiles, enjoy hands-on work and providing exceptional customer service.
What you’re responsible for:
Safely transporting customers' vehicles from point of pick up to the branchMaintaining accurate records of towing assignments, including vehicle information, pick-up and drop-off locations, and any special instructionsConducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the tow truck and equipment to ensure safe operationPerforming labouring tasks that may including depollution, tire dismounting, etcCommunicating effectively with dispatchers, supervisors and customers to coordinate towing activitiesProviding our customers with excellent customer service!Qualifications
To join our team:
You have a valid DZ driver's license with cleaning driving abstract and CVORYou have a valid towing certificate (preferred)You have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a tow truck driver or in a similar roleYou have strong customer service and interpersonal skillsYou are knowledgeable about towing laws, regulations, and safety proceduresYou are able to operate and maneuver a tow truck safely in various road and weather conditionsAdditional Information
