Job Summary
To efficiently and profitably manage and direct ramp activities by providing a safe, quality product covering a range of ground handling services to its customers.
Your activities
Accountable for daily operationsMaintain and improve customer and company safety and quality standardsMaintain good relations with customers and airport authoritiesManage and control all staff assignmentsHold daily briefings with all levels of managementProvide support to front line managementCoach and train all employees to effectively improve operationsEnsure workforce adherence to company policies and proceduresOther duties as assignedYour profile
High school diploma or equivalent required. Degree preferredMinimum 3 years Ramp Supervisor experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent knowledge of Ramp OperationsStrong organizational and multi-tasking skillsLeadership abilityCustomer focus and quality awarenessAbility to deal with conflictValid Driver’s LicenseWhat we offer
