Become an essential part of the team at Ottawa Macdonald-Cartier International Airport as a Stores Driver, responsible for efficient transport and logistics of aircraft materials. This role ensures smooth operations through effective driving and safety compliance.

As a Stores Driver, you will be accountable for delivering aircraft parts promptly and keeping essential inventory stocked at Ramp Stores. You will also manage documentation related to incoming and outgoing COMAT shipments and assist with vendor relations. Maintaining the cleanliness and operational condition of vehicles is crucial, alongside compliance with safety practices outlined in Porter’s guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely deliveries to gate mechanics

• Log all COMAT shipments accurately

• Pickup and transport materials from local vendors

• Stock and maintain Ramp Stores inventory

• Keep records of deliveries and pickups

Requirements:

• Clean driving record with a Class G license

• Capability to obtain necessary aviation permits

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office/Google Suite

• Detail-oriented and self-driven

• Ability to lift 70 lbs minimum
