Evening shift – $0.50 per hour worked between 6:00PM and 11:00PM;
Night shift – $1.00 per hour worked between 11:00PM and 6:00AM

ResponsibilitiesAs part of a dynamic team, you will work with other team members to ensure aircraft are loaded and unloaded efficiently while maintaining the safety and timeliness of flights. You may perform related duties such as handling baggage and transfer baggage for connecting passengers or work on the ramp to carry out the many tasks required for successful operations.

You do not need prior experience in airlines, airports or aviation. Everyone begins with a paid, full‑time 5–7 week training program. If you want to pursue a new career path in aviation, we support you with training, development and tuition reimbursement.
- Hold a valid driver's license – you will be required to operate heavy equipment on the ramp.
- Be able to repeatedly lift 32kg (70lb).
- Pass a medical assessment, including drug and alcohol screening.
- Be available to attend and successfully complete a paid, full‑time 5–7 week training program.
- Be available to work rotating shifts across a 24‑hour period (including weekends and holidays).
- Demonstrate attention to safety and security.
- Show strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team every day.
- Be punctual and reliable to support the team's overall success in a fast‑paced environment.
- Be able to obtain and maintain any applicable transportation security clearances and additional authorizations (see Transport Canada for details).
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the country at the time the job is offered. It is the candidate's responsibility to obtain any required work permits/visas or other authorizations.
