As a full-time Transportation Analyst, you will drive operational excellence and support the growth of Ontario Medical Supply. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of logistics experience and strong supply chain transportation knowledge. Key responsibilities involve effective communication, data analysis, and decision-making for shipping that aligns with business goals while enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with freight carriers and operational entities

• Analyze data to monitor performance and improve processes

• Track shipments and assist customers with mode selection

• Conduct logistics training for business partners

• Ensure timely resolution of freight invoice issues
Requirements:

• 3+ years in logistics or a related field

• Bilingual in English and French preferred

• Strong knowledge of transportation supply chain

• Excellent communication skills in writing and verbally

• Ability to work independently in a virtual environment
