Parking Valet (Full-Time/Permanent)

Join our team as a Parking Valet at one of our busiest downtown locations! In this fast‑paced, customer‑facing role, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests, delivering a seamless and welcoming experience while safely parking and retrieving vehicles. • Monday to Thursday 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Fridays 11:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• Greet customers in a friendly manner when they arrive on site.
• Assist customers with their needs including opening vehicle doors, unloading parcels, and directing them to the appropriate direction.
• Issue and collect valet tickets as required.
• Drive customers’ vehicles to and from the designated parking location in a safe and efficient manner, avoiding accidents and damages.
• Ensure vehicles are locked after parking and all visible valuables are moved to the trunk.

• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions and frequent exposure to all temperature conditions.
• Must be able to stand or sit for long periods of time.
• Frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, and twisting.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.

• Cautious and courteous driver, with a valid Class G Ontario driver's licence and a clean driving record.
• Must be able to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicles.

• Bilingualism (English and French) is a strong asset but not mandatory.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Results‑oriented individual with a concern for accuracy and customer relations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Exceptional time management and organisational capabilities.
• Ability to work well in a team‑oriented environment.
