Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate delivery routes and driver assignments
• Serve as the primary customer contact for delivery services
• Advise on delivery capabilities and resolve inquiries
• Ensure accurate documentation and process changes
• Collaborate with procurement to check stock availability
