Overview

Part Time Courier Handler position – full G driver license required. Job involves loading/unloading aircrafts and vehicles, sorting packages, and ensuring efficient delivery and pick‑up. Must check shipments for conformance to Federal Express Canada service features and provide customer service functions.

• Load and unload aircrafts and vehicles.
• Sort packages.
• Provide efficient delivery and pick‑up of packages.
• Check shipments for conformance to Federal Express Canada features of service.
• Provide related customer service functions.

• High school diploma or educational equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• One year of customer‑oriented business experience (preferred).
• Ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment.
• Must achieve minimum threshold on mandatory pre‑placement driver assessment training.
• Knowledge of Federal Express Canada operations and Canadian Customs regulations is an asset.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good time‑management and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, handle stress, and work in a highly pressured environment.
• Willing to be flexible and work different schedules and holidays based on business needs.
