Position: FedEx Class AZ Freight Driver

In this driver position, you will manage the pickup and delivery of various shipments while operating power material handling equipment. A Class AZ driver’s license, air brake certification, and a year of heavy vehicle driving experience are necessary to excel in this role. Additionally, you must comply with safety regulations and pass provincial physical tests as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transport freight efficiently to and from designated stations

• Pickup and manage delivery of large skidded shipments

• Operate handling equipment for optimal loading processes

• Comply with provincial transportation physicals and tests

• Demonstrate proficiency in customs paperwork and PUD processes

Requirements:

• High school diploma and valid Class AZ license

• Twelve months experience with heavy vehicles preferred

• Required air brake certification

• Knowledge of emergency response procedures

• Strong organizational and analytical skills needed
