In your role, you will facilitate smooth operations in vehicle maintenance and services offered to clients. You'll work closely with service managers and customer representatives to manage running repairs and maintenance schedules. Your contributions will directly enhance our client satisfaction and service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure adherence to OHSA and internal safety policies
• Manage mobile service appointments and repairs
• Create and follow up on repair orders with customers
• Support rental contract invoicing and reservations
• Validate repair estimates and pursue warranty claims
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 2 years in Heavy Truck or Automotive fields
• Customer service/sales experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and communication
• Valid Class G driver’s license needed
