Position Overview:

The Tow Dispatcher is essential to keeping our tow fleet running smoothly. You will coordinate tow trucks, plan routes, support drivers in real-time, and ensure operations meet safety and regulatory standards. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving logistical challenges.

The wage for this position is $60,000- $80,000 based on skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and dispatch tow drivers for pickups, deliveries, and emergency calls.
• Optimize tow routes to maximize efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Maintain constant communication with drivers and provide real-time support.
• Monitor vehicle locations and performance using dispatch systems.
• Ensure compliance with transportation laws, safety standards, and company policies.
• Work closely with logistics and yard teams to coordinate daily operations.
• Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and updates.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience dispatching tow trucks
• Knowledge of transportation regulations across Ontario and Quebec.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and dispatch/tracking software (e.g., FCRO, Fleetio, Big Road, or Unity).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.
