Truck Driver​/Mover; Nepean

Overview

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the transportation and relocation of residential and commercial items. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, be able to perform heavy lifting, and have experience in commercial driving and warehouse operations. This position requires a commitment to safety and efficiency while providing excellent service to our clients.

• Experience operating 5 Ton Truck/ 3 Ton
• Safely load and unload items from trucks, ensuring all items are secured for transport.
• Operate moving equipment.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers to coordinate moving schedules and address any concerns.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the moving process, ensuring a positive experience for clients.
• Perform routine inspections of vehicles and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the warehouse and during moves.
• Assist with inventory management in the warehouse as required.

• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with moving items.
• Experience operating 5 Ton Truck/ 3 Ton
• Robust customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Knowledge of moving procedures and techniques is beneficial.
• Valid commercial driving license (G)
• Previous experience in Moving operations or logistics is a plus.
