Join Canadian North as a Senior Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor and lead aircraft maintenance operations. Ensure fleet readiness and safety in an impactful, on-site role.
In this key supervisory position, you will be responsible for coordinating essential maintenance activities while fostering communication between maintenance and operations. Your experience with Canadian regulations and leadership will help guarantee high standards in safety and operational efficiency across our fleet. Open availability is critical for success in this rotating shift schedule role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct communication on IROP situations
• Support AOG aircraft readiness and operations
• Conduct maintenance meetings for team alignment
• Provide timely Fleet Status Reports and updates
• Maintain records for all maintenance compliance
Requirements:
• Transport Canada Aircraft Maintenance Engineers License preferred
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in aviation
• Proven supervisory experience is essential
• Familiarity with Transport Canada Safety Management Systems
• Proficient in operational software like TRAX
