Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of performance management experience

• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years at Amazon (blue badge)

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights

• Preferred experience in performance metrics or lean techniques

• Willingness to travel up to 50%
