Key Responsibilities:

• Dispatch and schedule drivers for efficient pickups

• Optimize tow routes to minimize downtime

• Provide real-time support and monitor vehicle locations

• Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations

• Coordinate operations with logistics teams

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of tow dispatching experience

• Familiarity with Ontario and Quebec transport regulations

• Proficient in Google Workspace and dispatch software

• Strong multitasking and communication abilities

• Bilingualism (English/French) beneficial
