In this pivotal position, you will collaborate directly with the City Manager. You’ll ensure daily fleet operations run seamlessly through vehicle inspections, staging, and deployment. Your problem-solving abilities and attention to detail will be key, helping to boost operational performance and enhance customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support daily fleet operations across Ottawa
• Coordinate vehicle staging, movement, and deployment
• Conduct vehicle inspections and quality checks
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and readiness for customers
• Monitor operational KPIs and report to the City Manager
Requirements:
• 1+ years in fleet management or logistics
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Valid G-class driver's license with clean record
• Comfortable using operational software and mobile apps
• Ability to work independently in diverse environments
