Position: Transportation Analyst Role
Join Ontario Medical Supply as a Transportation Analyst in Ottawa and play a vital role in fleet operations. Focus on data analysis and client engagement to enhance logistics workflow.

In this full-time position, you'll provide essential support for delivery and dispatch across all warehouse locations. Responsibilities involve engaging freight carriers, guiding clients in carrier selection, and analyzing logistics performance data. You’ll also manage payment discrepancies and conduct necessary logistics training to maintain exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Effectively communicate with carriers and customers

• Assist clients in selecting the best carrier options

• Analyze logistics data for continuous improvement

• Resolve payment issues for service providers

• Manage timely payments for freight invoices

Requirements:

• At least 3 years’ experience in logistics or similar fields

• Bilingual (English and French) preferred

• Solid understanding of transportation logistics

• Proficiency in MS Office software

• Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities
