Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily operations management under the Operations Manager

• Organize team stand-ups to enhance communication and efficiency

• Provide clients with timely delivery-related updates

• Address route restructuring and operational concerns

• Monitor workgroup performance and conduct assessments

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education required

• 1 to 3 years of experience in transportation, preferably healthcare

• Experience in dispatching or route coordination is an asset

• Proficient in MS Office and strong communication skills

• Valid driver’s license and updated certifications needed
