Position: Courier Role at Purolator
Join Purolator as a Courier in Ottawa, ensuring timely delivery and pick-up of packages every Saturday. Bring your driving experience to deliver outstanding service and maintain our logistics standards.

This position focuses on efficient domestic shipping and courier services. As a Courier, you will pick up and deliver packages according to the daily schedule. You will also resolve any issues while collaborating with Dispatch and customers, ensuring smooth operations. Regular vehicle inspections are part of your responsibilities as well, using the electronic Driver Vehicle Inspection Report.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver customer packages efficiently

• Scan packages as received, delivered, or returned

• Solve issues on the road with Dispatch collaboration

• Perform pre and post-trip vehicle inspections

• Communicate effectively in English with stakeholders

Requirements:

• High school completion or vocational courses

• Valid Class G driver’s license

• 3+ years of driving experience required

• Clean driver’s abstract for delivery vehicle operation

• Capability to lift and lower packages up to 70 pounds
