Position: Flight Test Operator II at AeroVironment
Become a Flight Test Operator II at Aero Vironment, focusing on quality assurance for Unmanned Air Vehicles. Conduct functional flight tests and travel to various locations for hands-on testing.

This role is integral for ensuring the quality of Aero Vironment's testing of UAVs. As a Flight Test Operator II, you'll perform acceptance testing, gather aircraft performance feedback, and prepare detailed reports. You will also have the opportunity to develop safety procedures and support other departments as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform functional flight tests and quality assessments

• Manage customer interactions during acceptance testing

• Prepare post-flight test reports documenting performance

• Maintain safety protocols and report issues promptly

• Collaborate with Flight Team members on test operations

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED required

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in aviation

• Must operate a minimum of two UAV systems

• Pass FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate exam

• Maintain a clean DMV record for driving company vehicles
