In this role, you will support Insomnia Cookies' mission by being a key touchpoint for our fans. This position is about more than just delivery—it's about creating memorable experiences with each delivery. If you have a passion for sweets and providing great service, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure orders are checked for quality before delivery
• Safely deliver cookies and ice cream to customers
• Provide excellent service with every customer interaction
• Use the delivery app for updates on orders
• Familiarize yourself with the local delivery areas
Requirements:
• Valid vehicle ownership and insurance needed
• Recent clear drivers abstract required
• G2 license with at least 2 years of driving experience
• Ability to communicate fluently in English
• Knowledge of the York University area is a plus
