Drive for WM at our Ottawa Hauling site as a Commercial Driver earning $35.72/hr bring your 1+ years of CDL experience to deliver essential waste services.
As a Union Commercial Front End Driver, you'll handle large trucks to collect and transport recyclable materials.
Your role involves following all safety protocols and ensuring the containers are efficiently picked up and transported. This full-time position runs Monday through Friday, starting early in the morning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Safely operate trucks with lift attachments
• Conduct inspections before and after trips
• Report any service-related issues to management
• Engage in training and improvement programs
• Ensure cleanliness at pick-up locations
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of CDL experience necessary
• Strong English communication skills required
• Age of 18 or older
• Valid CDL Class A or B with air brake endorsement
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
