As part of the Insomnia Cookies team, you'll play a vital role in bringing joy to cookie lovers throughout Ottawa. This delivery position focuses on providing excellent service, ensuring quality orders, and navigating your local area effectively. Interact with customers and utilize our delivery app for a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Confirm order quality before leaving the store
• Safely deliver products to customers in a timely manner
• Provide great service through friendly interactions
• Use the Insomnia app to track deliveries
Requirements:
• Vehicle ownership with necessary insurance
• Must have a clear MTO driver’s abstract
• Minimum of two years experience with G2 license
• Proficient in English for customer interactions
• Familiarity with York University's surrounding area preferred
