In this role, you will oversee the dispatch of drivers and manage delivery schedules, ensuring all service commitments are fulfilled. You will be the primary liaison between customers and our operational team, helping to enhance delivery efficiencies and resolve issues proactively. Your contributions will help maintain our reputation for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispatch delivery drivers in an organized manner
