Position: Loader Operator for Winter Maintenance
Take charge of winter weather challenges as a Loader Operator with Webber, part of Ferrovial. Operate equipment for snow removal and ensure safety with effective maintenance tasks.

As a Loader Operator, you will work under the Operations Manager to handle snow removal and other maintenance duties. This role requires efficient equipment operation and collaboration with your team. You will perform routine equipment checks and assist with de-icing and salting operations to maintain clear pathways.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate loader for safe snow removal processes

• Perform regular equipment maintenance and report issues

• Clear snow from essential public areas as required

• Collaborate with team supervisor to meet project timelines

• Ensure adherence to all safety protocols during operations

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Minimum three years in construction or road maintenance

• Experience operating loaders in winter conditions is preferred

• Valid Class G driver's license with good record

• Loader Operator certification is a plus
