Position: Truck Loader for Emterra Group

Join Emterra Group as a Truck Loader, where you'll collect curbside materials and ensure efficient waste disposal in all weather conditions. This role demands physical strength and a commitment to safe practices.

As a Truck Loader, you will be responsible for picking up refuse from residential and commercial sites. You will also maintain records of daily collections while performing repetitive tasks that include heavy lifting of up to 50 lbs. Your focus on safety and efficiency will play a key role in supporting waste diversion efforts in your community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect curbside materials from residential and commercial locations

• Maintain daily records of pick-ups for accurate reporting

• Perform heavy lifting tasks in varying weather conditions

• Dispose of materials according to established policies

• Observe and enforce safe work practices consistently

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

• Strong attendance and work ethic

• Able to operate equipment safely and responsibly

• Effective communication skills for public interaction

• Pass background checks and medical assessments
