Deliver top-notch service to customers with easyhome as a Delivery Specialist. Engage clients through various channels, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining our vehicles and store operations.
As a Delivery Specialist at easyhome, you'll play a crucial role in customer experience. Your primary duties include delivering products while fostering excellent customer interactions both in-person and over the phone. Help maintain store operations and vehicle upkeep ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver products to customer homes with care
• Engage customers in person, by phone, and via email
• Support store merchandising and operations daily
• Maintain the truck and store environment consistently
• Address customer concerns and ensure satisfaction throughout the delivery process
Requirements:
• Valid G class driver’s license with good standing abstract
• Ability to lift over 50 pounds and handle large items
• Strong communication skills and customer-focused attitude
• Experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
• Capable of multitasking and efficient work
