Waste Management Roll-Off Driver

As a Roll-Off Driver with GFL, you'll be responsible for fulfilling customer service needs by efficiently driving to various locations and managing waste collection tasks. With a focus on safety, you will conduct pre and post trip inspections and follow protocols for waste disposal. This position requires good communication and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers and ensure service satisfaction

• Complete pre and post trip inspections on vehicles

• Safely drive assigned routes and perform waste pickups

• Transfer waste to designated drop-off or landfill locations

• Ensure accurate completion of paperwork at day’s end

Requirements:

• High school diploma required, post-secondary courses valued

• 1–2 years driving experience in the waste sector

• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills

• Preferred: 5 years driving experience in a DZ vehicle

• Competency with roll-off and front-end loading vehicles
