As part of the Facilities & Logistics team, you will supervise shipping, receiving, and inventory processes while reporting to the Facilities & Logistics Manager. Collaborate with various departments to guarantee stock availability and manage clean, organized storage areas, ensuring smooth operational flow.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise shipping and receiving tasks across the terminals
• Ensure storage areas are safe and clearly labeled
• Assist in the preparation and execution of inventory counts
• Cross-reference deliveries against documentation
• Support waste management and recycling initiatives
Requirements:
• 1–3 years in shipping, receiving, or inventory management
• Basic knowledge of inventory systems beneficial
• Leadership or supervisory experience is advantageous
• Proficiency in MS Office and related tools
• Clean Class 5 driver’s license required
Lead the charge on shipping and inventory at Pursuit, enhancing operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
