Carleton Place Ford is seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Shuttle Driver to support our Service Department. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, driving, and providing exceptional customer service.

As a Shuttle Driver, you will play an important role in ensuring our customers have a positive service experience by safely transporting them to and from their destinations while their vehicles are being serviced.

• Greet customers in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner.
• Provide safe and timely transportation for customers to and from the dealership.
• Assist customers with questions and concerns, ensuring a positive experience.
• Accurately communicate customer feedback and service needs to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain the cleanliness and overall condition of shuttle and rental vehicles.
• Monitor rental vehicle availability and coordinate vehicle usage as required.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and report any damages or maintenance concerns.
• Follow all company safety policies and traffic laws.
• Support the Service Department with additional duties as assigned.

• Valid Ontario Class G driver’s licence with a satisfactory driver’s abstract.
• Ability to safely operate vehicles with automatic and manual transmissions.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Comfortable using computers, smartphones, and basic software applications.
